    Blacktop plus paved our driveway in the summer of 2023. In November of 2023 we reached out to let them know we had been experiencing some cracks. I followed up in December 2023. In March 2024 ** responded that were out town currently on railroad projects and that we were under warranty and to continue to use our driveway as normal and they will do repairs in the spring. I reached back out on May 17th, 2024 and ** responded "Sorry about the delay, but you are still on our list. The weather has just really been s******* us up. We are getting caught up with most of our spring contracts and you will be taken care of as soon as anything becomes available. Thank you very much for your patience and we will see you soon." That spring and summer past with no responses to texts. In March of 2025 I emailed ** again and he responded "Thanks for reaching out. Were not quite open up all the way yet, but we are definitely still in business and have you on our list shouldnt be a couple of weeks and We will have somebody come out and analyze all what needs to be done and give you an update on scheduling the repairs you are Definitely going to get taken care of" Since then ** has not responded to calls, texts or emails. At this point it looks like Blacktop Plus will not honor their warranty.
