    Like the other complaints they advertise as an investment group but make it almost impossible to withdrawal funds. I have made several attempts to withdrawal my money but the platform won't allow it

    This company is deceitful in every aspect you can imagine. It gives a lure of being well respected and compliant with all bureaus, however that is not the case. I had put in funds and was well into obtaining profit when the program appeared to be fixed and all the funding lost all, but for a couple of thousand. The platform does not seem fit to release funds, but rather ignores requests for help and information. The individual who had been helping me initially lost touch and will not respond to any type of communication. I was constantly badgered regarding the deposit of additional funds, thereby giving me only lies and an empty account.

    The online crypto group is located on (Whatsapp) The creator of group is and managed by MR. **************************** He has an assistant named *****. On 05/27/2024 the company did not give me refund as requested. I was told several times by ***** she is too busy. A few minutes later I engaged in a short contract. It is my complaint the company manipulates the algorithms setting an environment where they guide losses. Also the company makes it virtually impossible for a customer to withdraw funds from their accounts. While setting the stage and constantly urging consumers to add multiple more thousands of dollars into the companies platform. ***** was unhelpful and used ***************** tactics when I inquired about withdrawal.
