    Hello, I am a client of Proof. Pest Control. Upon receiving an invoice for my last automatic billing, I realized we did not receive the service for which we paid. Digging deeper into our history, we have paid for multiple services not received, but the company refuses to refund. We are under contract with this company for quarterly pest control services. Yet, in the four full years which we have been customers, I now see that the services were not being provided quarterly. Details are:2019: Paid $278 for Services only in October- December - received 2 services 2020: Paid $463 for Services this year - received only 3 services 2021: Paid $570.40 for Services this year - Received all 4 services - ONLY YEAR IN WHICH QUARTERLY SERVICES WERE COMPLETED 2022: Paid $596.16 for services this year - Received only 3 services 2023: Paid $606.08 for services this year - Received only 3 services 2024: Paid $368.77 for services this year - Received only 1 service Therefore, I am actually owed a refund for one service in 2020, one service in 2022, one service in 2023 and two services in 2024. In our billing portal, it even shows that we are only scheduled for 3 services in 2024 (rather than four). Company refusing refund. I have all backup documentation showing what I have paid vs. the services received.

    We have reviewed the account in full and will be issuing a check refund on the overage paid for services not received. The account will be closed once the final treatment scheduled for July 31st is performed at which time customer will receive an email confirmation regarding account closure. We once again want to express our deep regret that the account was overlooked and over billed for services not performed as this is not the service we want to provide our proof customers. We thank you for making us aware of these concerns so we can correct them for you. Please see attached a copy of the invoices credited to the account that the refund will be issued on, the refund will be sent via mail to the service property address on file with us.
