    On May 19 I went in for a random drug screen as required for my job and licensing with the ***. I did the same 11 panel with ETG test that I have done for 10 years with this business. It came back positive for a substance I did not take. I asked ***** the owner/manager to help me with investigating this because hes known me this long and Ive never had a problem. It has serious repercussions for me at work. He refused to do anything to help. I called the lab they wont speak to me. My doctors office requested confirmatory testing and he said its already been done. Its your test your problem. I requested full chain of custody and litigation package from the lab so I can see if errors occurred and he still hasnt gotten it to me. Stating that they dropped the ball. I did 3 subsequent test using blood and they were all negative. I would like a resolution from ***** and the lab for my lost time off work. I was grounded for 6 days and used my personal sick time to wait on results and get clearance from the ***. The very least he could do is treat people with a little respect and empathy. Talking over me and saying its not my problem you people are always saying it wasnt you shows a deep disdain for the customers he serves. People that have made mistake but are trying to get their life together and could lose their children or job over mistakes. Treating us like criminals and less than human is not acceptable.
