I paid Active to repair the transmission in a van. They did. It had issues, they "fixed it" van came back with a lot more problems then just the transmission. I was back and forth several times. I was told the electrical issues "were a problem in the dash" but the battery cable wasn't tight. There was a lot of negligent work. And things that seemed devicive. Like the oil drain plug was excessively tight and wheel lugs had been over tightened. I brought the van to the other location to see why the trans was making noise. Now no one will warranty the work done. I have had then repair another van. They kept it 5 months. When I got it it still wasn't drivable. They straight told me to take it to someone to fix it. I would like them to pay for the portions they ****** up. Because I paid them to fix it the first time and they're just not capable

We do not have any record or even recollection of any repairs made to a van for a customer named ****************  If we have made repairs to a transmission for ********** the transmission and labor would be warranted for 2 Years or ****** Miles at our facility only.  We have not been contacted by anyone regarding this matter and we only have one location.  We have not been privy to any of the issues in question here but if work was performed here we would have no issues in looking at this vehicle for ***********  Let us know if we can help any further in this matter.

    Thank you,

I had my van to active twice. The second time they left things lose. They over tightened the oil drain and lug nuts. Like malicious work.

That's when I left the ****** customer review with pics of their work.
    It was bad.

**** stated that there aren't two locations.  I've included a pic of both of them listed.  In July I brought the van to the 118th location.  It sat there. They never called about it.  I can provide that proof from Verizon.  So I recently grabbed it when it was obvious they would fix it. And that's when I reached outnto you guys.

I'm fine with just a refund of the invoice amount. I have the van at another shop. It's getting repaired.  They're saying the pump is original to the van. It was never replaced the first time active charged me. Or the second time they had it apart for warranty repairs.

I have had another van in for repairs as well.  They kept that one 5 months

We only have one location of business and it is at ********************************** (Mile-Hi Transmission of Wadsworth).  The location ********** is referencing has no affiliation with our location.  They have used the name Active Transmission & Gear for years because the owner of our location allowed him to use this name when he first opened.  The business is registered legally as Broomfield Transmission Inc.  We have reviewed the repair order submitted and have no problem with honoring a warranty for repairs to the transmission if needed.  Reviewing the receipt in detail there is no reference to replacement of a pump. Whatever the pump is (fuel, water, oil, transmission?) needs to be discussed as well.  If it is a pump in reference to the transmission we would have likely rebuilt the transmission without replacement if the pump was not needed at that time. However, we would replace or repair this transmission under warranty free of charge if there was an issue brought to our attention. The transmission is no longer in it's warranty period here and but we can definitely help ********** shall he bring this in for repairs.  I stress the importance we put on taking care of any and all customers here and hope that we can help **********. I strongly encourage ********** to bring this to our facility to address the issues with this transmission.

I am rejecting this response because:

Like I pointed out before. The last time the van was in when the alternators replaced,  the radiator fan plug was left off and got cut by the belt. The dash lights didn't work. The van went back and I was told "something broke in the dash"  turns out the positive battery cable wasn't tight.  The serp belt fell off on the highway.  Oil drain was so tight the head of the nut stripped out. Had to be drilled. I use a torque wrench when I change the oil. Lugs were over tightened and studs broke or threads were damaged in thr nuts. Ect.   The north location absolutely represents themselves as part of active. I and another called before bringing the ******. They made an appointment in July. Van. At this point the vans fixed. I'll be happy with a refund.

    Sincerely,

The complaint does not apply to our company (Mile-Hi Transmission of Wadsworth, Inc.).  If this vehicle had been brought to our business at the location of ************************************** in ******, ******** we would be able to assist in any issues or concerns.  ********** needs to address his complaint with ********** Transmission as they have used our dba name of Active Transmission and Gear and they are the company that apparently performed the work he is referencing to have an issue with.  This vehicle and any concerns ********** has had have never been brought to our attention.  Had these issues been brought to our attention we could likely have a completely different outcome since we are not the same business.  We should have been contacted and granted the right to repair prior to any repairs by another business entity.

I am rejecting this response because:

This response has nothing to do with anything.  The complaint was against active ******. The ********** location just did nothing to my vehicle with zero communication,  as they stated. I've asked for a refund from ****** since they did s***** work twice and the second time seemed to do sabotaging work, as shown in pics on their ****** reviews. They lied to me about issues they created. It took me a week to get the van right after they worked on it the last time.  I cannot in good conscience bring a vehicle to either location and expect it to be repaired properly.

Id like the money on the invoice refunded. Its that easy. I fixed the van. There is no longer any issues.  My issues were created by active.

    Sincerely,
