1 star******* *******,I hope you enjoyed living out your so-called dream, because it came at my expense more than $30,000 in damages to my RV. And whats worse, CS&B let you walk away without any repercussions.Frankly, I find it hard to believe that a company like CS&B would allow this kind of blatant damage and breach of contract to go unanswered. Yet here I am left holding the bill while you walk free, and CS&B looks the other *******, its time for CS&B to step up. This situation is on you, and I expect someone from your organization to reach out immediately to discuss how you intend to resolve it.I will not let this matter quietly disappear.

We do not have a contract with Mr. ******** nor have we released him from any obligations. Mr. ******* voluntarily returned the coach to Mr. *********** stating that he had discovered the coach had previously been involved in a hurricane and flood. Mr. ********** has asserted that he was unaware of any such history at the time of sale.
Upon the coachs return, it was found to have sustained extensive damage during the period it was in Mr. ******** possession. Mr. ******* had full coverage insurance, which offers protection to Mr. *********** Accordingly, Mr. ********** has filed a claim with ********************** provider to cover the cost of the repairs.
Below is the relevant clause from the agreement Mr. ********** signed with *******Should a recovery occur and unit requires any repairs, Seller will be able to force claim the
Buyer's insurance policy for any damages. C S and B Consulting LLC is not responsible for any damage to
the vehicle at any time.
CS&B Consulting is a brokerage firm not an agent representing the Seller or Buyer. Seller agrees to hold
CS&B Consulting harmless regarding representation of contracts and condition of said unit This
constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you the Seller and CS&B Consulting.Review fromWilliam U
