I live in the townhomes in ********** ********, the name of the complex is Bristol Cove II. I have owned my home for 33 years. I have always paid my *************** and follow the *** Guidelines/Covenants.Over time and most recently I followed the procedures to file a work order and notify ***************************** with Peak to Peak on the official Website for ******* Cove. I made two attempts and saved the copies of each. NO response from anyone ******************, or the Board of directors. This is going on 3 months. I then wrote in text to ****************** asking why not response? I notified him of to very concerning issues that involve fire hazard at my home and now to the adjacent property. I indicated and do have 3 independent appraisals about the fire hazard from 3 licensed professional Arborists indicating the danger of the large pine hanging over my roof and now encroaching the neighbors chimney and roof like mine. All three advise that the tree needs to be trimmed back atleast 3ft from the Chimney from the tree over hanging my roof. This is not my guess it is from professionals in the business. His responded saying the tree is healthy and they wont cut it down! I never asked for the tree health nor to cut it down. He never asked to see the opinions and the estimates from the professional arborists.I asked him if he got the work order I submitted via the ******* Cove official Website, in which I have copies of all. I asked if his Web site is working. NO RESPONSE. This risk poses a danger to me, my home and adjoining properties. Not to mention the fire risk to me and the community.I cannot ever and have not been able to light my fireplace. I understand that ******* Cove maintains the foliage. Furthermore the risk to my roof being damaged it the tree or branches fall and damage my roof. I also notified him of the sinking concrete at my doorstep. I called 3 licesened pro's measure and take pictures. I have sent all to ************************* and the Board. They are liable.
