      I went to Harbor freight in ********* on *************** to purchase some pressure washer tools. The total came to around $125 and the cashier said if I apply for their credit card and I'm approved I will get $75 off my purchase. So I decide to do this and give all my information to them and sign away my information and they put it in the computer. She then comes back and says it was not approved. I currently have a 822 credit score and have never been turned down for credit. So I spoke to the manager and he said there was nothing they could do. But when I get a credit card from them I could fill out a form she wanted to give me to get the money off. I feel they are scamming people by this technique so be careful and do not give them your information.

      Worst place to buy anything ever if you return a defective product you have to pay 20% restocking fee I guess that's how they steel people money such a shame on harbor freight to do customers like this I will never spend a dallor in there stores and there credit card I have is going in the garage where it belongs

      . Shipping problems, Then product had damage!Then it's been no information or contact with any customer service!This has been a disaster company from start to right now. Nothing solved!

      Do not waste your time or money buying power or air tools from Harbor Freight! Not only are they poor quality but they will charge you a 20% return fee. The tool broke after an hour and they would not replace or return without charging me $30.

      I bought a tool for $149.00 and it was defective, worked for about 4 seconds and stopped. I returned the item to the store and they charged me 20% restocking fee although they said they cannot sell it again since I had used it. I asked for my money back complete with recite and they still denied my complete refund. Not buying there anymore and will tell all my friends about this scam.

      I used to be a loyal customer. Until today. I bought a ***** backpack sprayer on the 18th of April 2024 already broke it was used for 3 business days today is April 24. I took it back to the store. I was told essentially tough luck. No I have to wait 2 weeks to get my money back. This establishment did not let me pay them 2 weeks later. The return policy it's unfair I work as a pest control tech, this is how I feed my family. That piece of equipment is essential for my job. ITS MY Livelihood, it's how I pay my bill, it's how I feed my family. Y'all sold me a piece of faulty equipment. I don't have money to spend ***** nilly. I expected better. I'll sacrifice me eating so I can spend more money that I don't have. This was so disappointing that I will never touch another one of this stores ever again and I'll make sure anyone I know to stay away. Ohh and what do I do with a brand new battery I need my money back for that as well.

      Harbor freight super coupon ******** is printed as in store or online buying. I tried to purchase online and they wouldnt allow it. This is false advertising and I also went to the store 2 hours after the sale started and surprise they didnt have any. Not any available in whole area. This was just a scam to get me into the store. Pretty sad for a business to false advertise.

      I got charge of $40 restocking fee and also them incorrectly giving me the original amount due to they said taxes. I've returned a paint sprayer when it sprayed all over my house in three different directions like putting the jet setting on your hose. I even cleaned the the hunter machine had the original box and they still charged me a $40 restocking fee for an item that came broken. When I went to go to customer service and complain about the restocking fee and then correct amount they gave me in return they said they're sorry there's nothing they can do and they listed reasons of why they couldn't do it but how can you stand by your products if it breaks within the first month even less than that and you charge me to restock it. Terrible I'll never go there again

      Purchased a defective product from Harbor Freight in ******, *****. Upon opening the box I could see that the item handle was broken off and a part was missing. I purchased another one at ******* and returned the Harbor Freight one that was defective and part missing. There I was informed I had to pay a "Restocking Fee" even if the item was defective and a part was missing. I was upset that they did not care if it was defective or had a part missing, it was "Policy" that they charge a 20% restocking fee.I want to find a class action lawsuit that I can join instead of filing a local lawsuit.In principle, not only does it seem as though we, as customers, are being test dummies for a corporation. They cannot lose.

      NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, SCUM BAG SHIFT MANAGER, AND A STORE MANAGER THAT NEVER REACHES OUT - GO TO ****** INSTEAD AS THEY ARE LESS THAN AN 1/8TH OF A MILE UP THE ***** If you want to be treated like a scumbag by an even bigger scumbag, visit this Harbor Freight and get stuck dealing with their shift manager. I purchased a worktable from Harbor Freight and the drawer slide fell apart. I called the store and spoke to a real ignorant dirt bag. He told me straight away that he was refusing to help me. I asked him to check with the actual store manager and he said no because the store manager would tell me the same thing. I then asked him how corporate, or his store manager would feel about him speaking for them and he said he did not care because even corporate would tell me the same thing. I asked how long he was a shift manager there and he said one-year. I then got ****** off and told him that an actual person in management who cared about the customer would ask for the name and number of the person calling and simply say "I'm sorry sir, I am unable to assist you at this time due to the inability to predict what the company that manufactures the table would say, but if you'd like to, please provide me with your name and number and I'll make sure the store manager gets your message. And if he does not call you please call back and ask for me so i can be sure you are being taken care of". ****, instead this guy refused to take my information and was a smug scumbag. So since ****** is up the road go there and do not waste your time by going to Harbor Freight. I did call their corporate office and they provided me with a lead where I could purchase another drawer slide, but it was not the right one. AND the store manager never called me.
