    August 21, 2025 Thought I was signing up for access to the High Performing Hosts Mentorship Program but was really signing up for a payment loan for the $8,000 subscription fee. I was under the impression that I would be able to pay the fee with the business funding the program was supposed to help me get, not with an outside agency. Within an hour of realizing the mistake, I contacted both Calvin **** and team member **** **** to request a cancellation of the subscription and to have my access to the community revoked, resulting in the cancellation of the loan. I was informed there were no refunds and was continued to be bombarded with what I now know are fake success claims, false advertising and promises of 6 figure incomes with ****** under Calvin's mentorship. I was also told I would receive a contract to review and sign but I have not been given that, no do I intend to sign anything with this company. I requested numerous time to have the subscription and my participation in the program cancelled, and removed as I no longer trusted Calvin or felt safe being a part of the company as they were attempting to force me into continuing on with the program. I have not accessed the website/digital product, my requests for cancellation and refund have been refused and Calvin **** and team member **** **** are no longer responding to my messages/calls for help. I want the subscription cancelled, the product refunded and no never have anything to do with Calvin **** and his companies.Please do not post, share or make public my information for BBB users to see.

    Subject: Request for Resolution Tran Hai Property Management LLC To Whom It May Concern,I am writing regarding a mentorship program promoted by @calvintranofficial, under Tran Hai Property Management LLC. On July 28, 2023, I invested $7,000 in this program, advertised as a comprehensive guide to the ****** Short Term Rentals (STR) market. Unfortunately, I have encountered significant challenges that have left me seeking a resolution.The "High Performance Hosts" program presented an inspiring vision but lacked transparency about the financial commitment, including potential debt. This omission made it difficult to fully prepare for the programs demands.Additionally, the course promised personalized assistance in identifying an optimal rental market tailored to my specific needs. Despite my proactive engagement, this critical support was never provided, limiting the program's effectiveness and my ability to achieve success.The program also advertised direct mentorship from *** ****** ****, someone whose expertise I greatly respect and whose insights I believe could have made a substantial difference. However, our interactions were limited and did not provide the tailored guidance I needed to thrive in this field. My initial meeting was with one of his students, rather than *** **** himself, which deviated from the expectations set by the programs promotion.I am reaching out not to discredit *** **** but in the hope of an amicable resolution. I still believe in the potential of the program and the value that *** **** can offer, but given the circumstances, I request a full refund of the $7,000 I invested.     Thank you for your prompt response and for the opportunity to provide additional information regarding my complaint against Tran Hai Property Management LLC.

    Specific Issues to Address:

    Lack of *****parency: The program did not disclose the full financial commitment required, including potential debt, which made it difficult to prepare adequately.

    Unfulfilled Promises of Personalized Assistance: Despite my proactive engagement, the promised personalized assistance in identifying an optimal rental market tailored to my needs was not provided.

    Limited Direct Mentorship from Mr. ****** ****: The program advertised direct mentorship from Mr. ***** but my interactions were limited and did not meet the expectations set by the programs promotion. My initial meeting was with one of his students, not Mr. **** himself.

     

    Desired Resolution: I have great respect for Mr. ***** expertise and the vision he has for the High Performance Hosts program. However, due to the issues mentioned above, I am no longer interested in continuing with the course or the mentorship program.

    I am seeking a full refund from the business of the $7,000 I invested. Resolving this matter quickly and fairly will preserve Mr. ***** reputation and reflect the professionalism I expected.
