    I have applied with my fianc for a house rental in ******, **. *** *******, the supposed Property Manager through the mentioned company, after two weeks we applied, she told me that she needed other documents. Once we submitted all the required documentation, we were waiting for about three weeks for a response regarding this. Today. after we have been trying to communicate with *** ******* during the whole current week, she finally responded via email saying "Ive sent you mail and text messages regarding your application. Your application was approved, however; the home has been rented. I will keep your application on file in case I get any other openings."I do not know when and how many times she texted/emailed me/us since any of us have received any notification from her, especially the fact that she is telling me that the application was approved but the house is already rented to other people. Then, I do not understand why she received my/our application if she already had another tentative tenant, besides just charging us the cost of the application. I perceive this situation as fraud/******* or even discrimination since you are just responding to me/us right now and saying that the house was already rented, even though it could have happened before or just once we applied.

    To whom it may concern:

    The prospects submitted an incomplete application and *** (Park Manager) has reached out to the prospects numerous times on 1/13/25 and on 1/13/25 regarding missing documents.  The home was already rented out by the time the prospects responded to *** (Park Manager).  

    As a sign of good faith, I have requested the refund of the application fee.  $70.00 was what paid to us for the application fee and we will refund the $70.00 back to the prospect.

    The check will be made out to ****** ************* and will be mailed to the **************** office.  ***, the park manager will contact the prospect, ****** Villavicencio ************* when the check is ready for pick-up.  ***, the park manager will have ****** ************* sign a receipt of the $70.00 refund check.
