    Our taxes were supposed to be done by Ms. ********************** during our appointment on March 24th, 2025. This appointment was made last year when she did our taxes. Ms. ********************** change her system so that she no longer did face to face appointments but rather had us mail all of our documents to her. When our appointment date came and went and we still hadnt heard from her, we repeatedly tried to reach out. Her mailbox is full so you cannot leave her a message and she still has the same outgoing message stating her office is closed until April 23rd (its now May 1st). We have tried to send text messages as well, but have gotten no response to those either. Her outgoing message also states that for everyone who hasnt heard from her she has filled an extension. I cant speak for all of those other people but we were never asked if it was ok for her to file an extension on our behalf. We have made repeated attempts to get in contact with her and figure out what is going on with our taxes and still have heard nothing from her. My last message to her stated that I would be taking the issue to a higher authority, and after still receiving no response, I am filling this complaint.
