    SG is a site that serves as a forum for people with mental health or other realted issues, such as addictions. It has been a community.

    There has been a recent change to the site. It went from being a community, to being prompted to pay for almost everything. My issue is not with payment, but I have strong concerns related to the security of my personal information. The site seems to be developed by someone very unexperienced. Basic functionality does not work. Below some of the issues I have:

    1. After paying 1 USD to verify my identity just to be able to post in the site. I have no option to remove my credit card information from the site.
    2. On 3 occasions now I have posted on the site and the site removes my public name and posts with my email address. Anonymity is important here. I do not want strangers getting my real name, or email.
    3. I have used the contact for to get in tough with the business at least 3 times with no responses.

    These are just three of my recent experiences which, together with the quality of the site raises concerns regarding my personal data. I have been a member of this site for years now and this is the most disruptive change. I do not feel comfortable with them having my data on their databases. My ask is very simple. I want them to delete all data related to me. My posts, cc information, anything I might have provided.

    I'm not looking for money, I tried getting in touch with the admins to resolve my concerns and nothing. Since the contact forms did not work, I made a post to get the attention from the admins. I got a response from the owner which I cannot read, because I need to subscribe in order to read her response.

    Hi there- I wanted to let you know that your account has been deleted. I have attached a photo of how to delete your CC info. There is a red trashcan, you can click that and your CC is deleted. There was never any data stored on you in accordance with our Privacy Policy and HIPPA statement- which is on every page on the website in the footer. I have searched my emails and have no emails from you at all in regards to this matter. I would have resolved this for you immediately if you were not happy. I made free announcements  re: the new website and that we had not invited previous members back and the old platform could not hold everyone that needed help, so we were creating a new one from the ground up and working to make it perfect for everyone. I am sorry you did not see that free announcement I posted in every category. Rest assured your account has been deleted and you do not have to worry anymore about this. As an admin, I saw you had 2 emails in there and I deleted both of them. Thank you and have a great weekend.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 23*****7, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    Important to note that there was no option to delete my card. Goot thing I took screenshot before this. Second, I used the contact form o three occasions. It is important that the business understands that I am not looking to cause them any troubles. I attempted to get in touch in everyway I could. Going so far as to make a public post to communicate with the admins. I also recognized the owner's response and communicated that I cannot see her response. As mentioned in my original message plenty of basic things do not work in the website, therefore not hard to see that the contact form does not work.

    In the end I am grateful to this platform and I want them to have this feedback so they can improve it.
