      My name is ************************* I am 40 weeks pregnant. I had my OB ***************************** from Adventist Health Tulare since the beginning of my pregnancy, ever since I went with her she would t tell me my due date was August 23rd, but a week before she told me I was due is August 15th she told me I needed to get induced, i am a first time mom, so I thought she knew best, she didnt explain nothing about the induction, risks or anything. So I go on Friday August 18th to get induction my OB tells me that my baby should arrive by Saturday morning, I am induced for 13 hrs and no progress. I had a resident ******************** she was telling me that if baby didnt arrive by 5pm Saturday that I would need a c section, mind you I didnt ask for an induction, I am healthy and baby is healthy. So i am screaming of pain i have in my right leg nobody could explain my pain, so since I didnt have any progress I decided to come home. So I requested for **************** to come to discharge me, as she comes she tells me that I could go home, but she unfortunately wont be my OB because she going on vacation, she never disclosed that information with me until Saturday, she lets me know she will be scheduling an appt with another OB to see me on Monday August 21st but she never scheduled me a appt with another OB so I called Adventist in Tulare and they tell me I could get a appt with a new OB if the manager approves, so I get the call I have a appt with the new OB for Friday August 25th at 9:25am but today August 24th they call me telling me that ************** had quit and that he no longer works for Adventist Health but they dont have another doctor for me or anything, based on ********** law I should still be seeing a doctor until I give birth. This has mentally affected me, I cant find an OB to take me in and Adventist has been the worst for me, they dont have any other OB that can see me, mind you I should had seen an OB on August 21st and its 4 days since then and I still havent seen a OB I filed a claim with management but they havent done anything.
