    I recently found out this gym has been charging since 2022 and after canceling my membership in January 2022. I went into the gym to talk to a manager and the staff told me they fill out a paper and have the manager get back to me as soon as possible. The manager contacted me this evening and told me I never canceled my membership and said they had no record of it. I told the manager that I in fact did but obviously they never completed the cancellation. He then kept over taking me and called me a liar I told him thats ok Ill contact the owner of the gym and contact my lawyer he then said oh Im the owner of the gym and keptd over taking me and wouldnt give me his name. After getting upset and overtaking him he hung up and wouldnt answer my call. This is ridiculous that they can keep charging someone when they should have canceled their membership when asked. They never gave a copy and told me the manager will contact me after cancellation is complete never got anything from them.

    We do our best to always provide excellent customer service but, unfortunately, this is the type of review you get when someone needs some quick cash... They claim they cancelled their membership years ago. They want a refund & they threaten you w/ lawyers, lies & bad reviews online if you don't concede.

    If Brien had cancelled the membership, it would have been cancelled, he would have a copy of the cancellation & the charges would've stopped. 

    Despite the fact Brien is trying to strong-arm us w/ frivolous threats, lies, & ridiculous reviews we still wish him all the best. Hopefully he will come up w/ the money he needs the right way & he'll be able to live a healthy & happy life.
