    On 8/10/25, I went to check on my car that I pay $110/month to park at the Empty Attic. I saw my rear window had been shattered with glass on the trunk and all over the back seat. I went into the office and spoke to ********* the office manager. She said she was there yesterday and didnt see anything. I pointed to the surveillance cameras and they were pointed where my car is parked. I asked her if I could review the surveillance footage. She said she doesnt know how long they keep copies of the footage. I told her that based on her statement, it couldve happened last night. She said only management could view the tapes. I asked to speak to management but she wouldn't give me their information. She was unhelpful and didn't seem to care that my car had been vandalized. This is the 2nd time my car windows have been broken at the Empty Attic. I called the ****************** and they came and took a police report.I found out that their worker is responsible for shattering my window. ********* said someone was going to repair the window but no one has been scheduled and I think they are just giving me the run around. I just want them to repair my rear window. My front passenger window was also shattered 5 years ago while parked there and they never let me review the surveillance footage or helped me in anyway. I filed a police report and I believe they are also responsible for that incident as well. They should repair that window too. It's not right that they will damage your property and then act like nothing happened.
