    Attached you'll find the account statement listed at the bottom some of which is inaccurate. I also received an agreement cancellation today...I canceled May 1st...I had my first trail session on 4/16, after that class I spoke to a male representative (cannot recall his name, but the only male working at this gym). I was convinced to sign up under the impression that the membership was month to month, he stated I could cancel at any time, with no strings attached.

    As I began to sign, there was nothing for me to read, nothing he read to me, nor did he explain any part of the contract. In hindsight, this should have been a red flag. I agreed to sign up knowing that I could cancel if anything didn't work out. I tried attending classes for two weeks and it is simply too far from my house. I reached out Via instagram to Pure Barre to let them know that I needed to cancel my membership on May 1st. An employee or manager by the name of ****** reached out and said she would call me to talk to me. She didn't call and said she forgot because she was on a zoom call. This same dance continued to happen. She stopped following up and responding to messages. I reached out again on May 5th asking her to follow up. She apologized, I said no problem, I understand life is quick paced. I asked about the two late charges for $15 and she said she would clear it up, never did. Reached out on May 22. She said she would backdate the paperwork to May 1st (Never did). She said she could not wave the charge falling within the 30 days of my canceling.

    I proceeded to explain to her that I had no knowledge of this policy. It was not explained at sign up, nor did I receive a physical or electronic contract. If I had known that upfront I wouldn't have signed up or I wouldn't have a problem with paying. I would like her to simply adjust the billing and remove the now $204.00 in charges on my 'account', so we can move forward with this issue. This is unprofessional and unacceptable, please help.
