    We purchased a home from in August of 2022 and utilized Chardonnay Escrow with Rosa V*****, as Escrow Officer. The process was tumultuous and sometimes unprofessional. We paid all of our closing fees, and then was asked to pay additional fees, and we complied. Then they sent us a small percentage of it back. After moving in our home, in March 2022 we were informed by the HOA that the property was in violations for numerous things not disclosed before Escrow, so we are working on correcting the violations. On 5/15/23 we received a supplemental tax bill stating we owed taxes for the previous owners, which apparently were never addressed by the escrow company. I called their phone number and the number is inoperable. I emailed our escrow officer, and the email was not operable, so we are stuck trying to figure this out. I have emailed our real estate agent, and she has been helpful. Unfortunately, I was just informed they are closed down. So we are stuck with numerous issues and inflated tax bills. Total nightmare.
