1 starThis company was formally known as Barahonas Moving and Storage. They changed their name because of numerous complaints and and "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau. Look up Barahonas on BBB website and you will see. I left a review following my disastrous 10/24/2024 move. I have notified state investigators and they have opened a case against these thieves. Many boxes of my belongings were stolen and too many items damaged: tv's , furniture, silk lampshades. The price of the move was increased 3 times. I signed a form stating I would only claim 60 cents insurance for every pound of goods lost/damaged. I initially refused to sign and asked the mover about it. He said "no, no that's not what that means." Then he refused to load my things unless I signed. I had to vacate my apt by the end of the day and was due to start a new job in 8 days, so I signed. The move was 397 miles...what could go wrong? I filed a claim for damages and was told that I have 533 pounds of belongings missing/damaged (now this included expensive shoe/boots, silverware, etc)..the companies insurance company will only pay me $319.60! It is a scam all the way around. No wonder they have fell free to steal; they know the insurance won't pay much to their customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I can only hope that the state officials will penalize them. I also filed a report with a TV consumer reporter. Maybe if they are exposed on TV the business will be shut down. I left a 1 star rating because you have to pick one in order for the review to be filed, but 1 star is too good for these criminals. They should be in prison!Front Line Moving & Storage LLC

Dear ****,Were sorry to hear about your frustration regarding your move, and we understand how upsetting this experience has been for you. However, we must clarify a few key points in your review.First, we are not affiliated with "Barahonas Moving and Storage", nor are we connected in any way to that company or its business history. While we understand that moving can be stressful and issues may occur, its important that reviews are directed to the correct company to ensure accountability is accurately placed.Additionally, we can confirm that your claim has already been submitted, reviewed, and settled by our claims department based on the standard liability coverage you selected and signed for prior to your move. We understand that the standard $0.60 per pound per item may not fully cover the value of certain belongings, which is why we always encourage customers to consider full value protection or third-party insurance if they are moving high-value items. We appreciate your feedback, and while we cannot undo your experience, we remain committed to transparency and compliance with all state and federal moving regulations. If you have additional documentation or concerns not yet addressed, please feel free to contact us directly.Sincerely,Frontline *********************************************Review fromNick V

1 starSafe Ship Moving Services hired this moving company for a cross state move I had from ** to ** and Im beyond disappointed with these movers. They damaged multiple high end items of mine during their move and when they came to pick up my stuff in **********, their movers had no clue which items they were moving after I gave Safe Ship a clear inventory list of which items are being moved.Frontline referred me to an insurance company they are using based in ******* to file a claim for the damages. I filed a claim through their insurance company and got no response after 4 months. I filed again and agreed with Frontline to have them monitor the 2nd claim. I have yet to hear from Frontline or their insurance company on the second claim submission. Im also getting far less back than the dollar amount of furniture that was damaged and the head of Frontline, ****** is super unresponsive.Disgrace of a moving company and should not be allowed to operate if they continue to perform this poorly.Front Line Moving & Storage LLC

Dear Mr. *************** you for sharing your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction and want to take a moment to clarify the situation.Your move was originally booked through Safe Ship Moving Services, a third-party broker, and then assigned to us (Frontline Movers) to handle the physical portion of the move. Unfortunately, this sometimes leads to discrepancies in communication and inventory handling, despite our best efforts to coordinate with the broker's documentation.Regarding the damage claim: we understand how frustrating delays can be, especially when dealing with valuable items. Once the claim was submitted to the third-party insurance provider, it became their responsibility to process and communicate the outcome. We were informed that your claim has been reviewed, and while we recognize that the standard coverage may not fully reflect the actual value of high-end items, that coverage level was selected and agreed upon in your signed contract. That said, we acknowledge your concerns about lack of communication, and we apologize if you felt unsupported during the process. We will follow up once more with the insurance provider to confirm the status and ensure your claim has been fully addressed. We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to respond. If you'd like to provide your claim reference number or speak directly with a manager to revisit any unresolved issues, we welcome you to contact us at *********************************************************** Sincerely,Frontline *********************************************Review fromAnthony A

1 starI used this company to move in-state in **********, about four hours away. With such a short distance I didn't understand why it took 10 days to deliver my furniture. When I unpacked it, I found that my 85" had been broken. I looked at the TV moving box (which I was required to purchase myself) and there was about a foot-long gash in the area of the box where the damage to the TV was. That long of a gash indicated that it was not an accident, but clearly negligence.Front Line Moving & Storage LLC

Dear Mr. ************** you for taking the time to share your experience. Were very sorry to hear about the damage to your television and the delay in delivery. We understand how frustrating that must have been, especially for a relatively short in-state move. Please know that we take damage claims seriously, and we do not condone negligence in handling any customer's belongings. We also want to clarify that while delivery windows can vary based on scheduling, route planning, and capacity, a 10-day delivery for a 4-hour move is not typical, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. If you havent already, we encourage you to submit a damage claim through our claims department with supporting photos and documentation. If youve already done so and havent received a response, please contact us at [insert claims contact info], and we will escalate the matter for immediate review. We value your feedback and remain committed to resolving this issue fairly.Sincerely,Frontline *********************************************Review fromDM L

1 starFirst off they sent a truck that had none of my items on it on July 1, 2024, and then told me my items were in ** when they were still in the storage unit in ** and not shipped. My items were delivered on July 18 but they were missing 5 items all totaled $2500 and now have no answers.Suggestion to all thinking about using Frontline Moving -- DONTFront Line Moving & Storage LLC

1 starDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!They are unprofessional and will not return calls. They were to deliver my furniture on June 15th and as of today, I do not have my belongings. I have been told by *****, when he calls me back, that he has made several calls to the driver, *****************************, to see where he is and has not called back. Then when ******** called *****, I was informed that my belongings would be delivered in 3 days. That was seven days ago. Now, I am not able to get ahold of them at all. I filed a fraud claim through **** where ***************************. A police report has been filed and then I will be going to court. I relocated from ********* to ********** and have nothing!!!. I feel like everything I own has been taken from me and now have to start over. The worse part is that my deceased husband and mothers ashes are on that truck. Those cant be replaced.Front Line Moving & Storage LLC

Dear Ms. *********** are truly sorry for the distress and frustration you experienced during your move. We understand how important and irreplaceable certain itemsespecially those with deep personal meaningcan be, and we do not take this situation lightly. However, we would like to clarify that your move was originally booked through a third-party broker and later outsourced to us for pickup and delivery. Because of this, we did not receive full or accurate information about your move in advance, which contributed to some of the communication issues you encountered. That said, we did our best to complete the move under difficult circumstances, and our claims department has already reviewed and resolved your case in accordance with the contract terms. We are genuinely sorry for the emotional toll this situation has taken on you. While we cannot undo what happened, we are committed to maintaining transparency and accountability in every move we handle, even those we receive from third-party brokers. If you have any remaining concerns or new information to share, please feel free to reach out to our claims department again so we can assist you further.Sincerely,Frontline *********************************************Review fromCorey M

I was told to email claims department but after half assed reply i am ghosted. I guess my barbell and paintings are gone forever. Never use rhis companyFront Line Moving & Storage LLC

1 starPlease run from this company. You are quoted one price and on the day of your move the are going to increase at least $500 or more. The movers do not care about your things. While moving my furniture in my new home they dented up walls, scratched furniture and did a half way job any assembling my furniture. Several of my things were missing with no explanation. None of the movers speak English so that makes it even worse. I really want to take away the 1 star I gave them but had to leave one just to write this review. There was no professionalism. I have to let the movers know in Spanish app several times to get off the phone and do their jobs. Please if you book through Safeship please tell them not to put you with Frontline movers.Front Line Moving & Storage LLC

Dear ****,Were sorry to hear about your negative experience, but we would like to clarify a few important points.Your move appears to have been booked through a third-party broker, Safeship, who then contracted Frontline Movers to handle the physical portion of your move. While we strive to deliver the best possible service on every move, many of the issues you described including the original pricing and booking terms are controlled by the broker, not by us directly. That said, we take all concerns seriously. If there was damage during your move or items you believe are missing, we encourage you to reach out to our claims department with your job number so we can properly review and address your concerns. Our crews are trained to handle furniture with care and follow clear procedures for communication and conduct, regardless of language barriers. We are a licensed carrier that operates under federal *** regulations, and we do not condone unprofessional behavior or mishandling of any kind. If you feel there was a service failure on our part specifically, we would like the opportunity to review the situation in detail and assist you properly. We value transparency and accountability and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the facts of your move.Sincerely,Frontline *********************************************Review fromBrandi R

1 starDo not use this company! This was the worst moving experience that I have ever experienced. The lack of communication from the day of moving until the move was over was horrible! The movers were rude and unprofessional. They changed the price of the move two different times during the move, even though I followed their protocol as far as completing the online assessment and completing the itemized itinerary so that square footage could be acquired. I spoke to several managers due to the extreme unprofessionalism of the movers and moving process and was told that an investigation would occur and that I would be compensated for my loss of time due to them being late on both days, having to deal with rude movers and just the overall unhappiness of the moving process. They damaged some of my belongings during the move due to their lack of properly packing and caring for my items during the move from ** to **. I will never use their services again and I highly suggest that no one does. They will rip you off with their prices, not communicate effectively once they have received their first payment and have no concern for their customers. They only care about getting as much money as they can out of you and they will not take care of your items once they are on their truck!! Beware of their shady business practices because I am certain they are not abiding by all of the consumer laws!Front Line Moving & Storage LLC

Dear ******,We are very sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with your recent move. However, we must clarify that the claims made in your review are not accurate and appear to stem from a misunderstanding regarding how your move was booked and by whom. After reviewing our records, it appears that your move was originally scheduled through a third-party brokerage firm, not directly with our company. Its important to note that brokers often outsource moves to licensed carriers like us, and unfortunately, this can sometimes lead to confusion about the roles and responsibilities of each party involved. We are a federally licensed carrier and comply fully with all ********************************* (***) and ***** regulations. We do not engage in deceptive practices, and we take customer service, pricing transparency, and the safe handling of belongings very seriously. The version of events described in your review including price manipulation, poor communication, and property damage does not align with our companys standards or documented procedures. If you believe there are unresolved issues specifically related to our portion of the move, we welcome you to contact us directly with your order number so we can investigate thoroughly and respond appropriately. We strongly advise customers to verify whether they are working directly with a carrier or through a brokerage firm to avoid confusion. We remain committed to honest, lawful, and professional service, and we encourage transparency across the entire moving industry.Sincerely,Frontline *********************************************Review fromKJ L

1 starDo not hire. They breached contract bc they never provided insurance and workers comp forms to enter my building and deliver furniture and boxes. Had to hire someone else to get stuff off the truck. They hired a 13 year old boy (who may have been *** trafficked) to come with the driver who showed up in unmarked truck to my apt building. They also left some of my belongings at another customers home in another state and that guy was nice enough to call me as my stuff was clearly marked. They also damaged my furniture. They have violated state and fed laws not having insurance for workers and are hiring kids. May be trafficking ring. Have called local state authorities and given statement. Stay away from this companyFront Line Moving & Storage LLC
