    The cost of a regular haircut is $40.00 dlls and the cancelation fee is the same cost of a regular haircut. That's absolutely not fair.

    The barbershop have been taking $80.00 dlls from my bank account related with cancelation fees and this is an abuse and I need my money back immediately.

    Good afternoon to you all BBB mediators:


    I am just speaking to inform you that just on the afternoon of Tuesday, December 9, 2022, I contacted the owner of the Legacy Barbershop named ***** in which I reached an agreement with said owner, which consists of a free haircut and which is equivalent to the remaining amount of 40 dlls. The other amount of 40 dlls has already been reimbursed by said business through the app named*******.

    All this agreement between owner and client was carried out for reasons of reparation previously mentioned in this complaint. As there are no further inconveniences, I,*****************, a client of said barbershop, immediately proceed to withdraw said complaint. If there are questions or inconveniences to everything related to this matter, do not hesitate to contact me.
