      DO NOT do business with this company. They are very unprofessional. I found ceiling brackets for my garage doors on the Lowes website but Lowes no longer carried that product so I searched out the garage company, Thunder Mounts Solution, myself on goggle. After finding the company, I looked for the same product I had seen on the Lowes website but I was confused on what I needed to order exactly. I called Thunder Mount Solutions which wasn't very helpful. The man whom I was speaking with was very short and wasn't much help. I was informed to go back to the website to try to order again the size I needed. The website is not very user friendly I must say, but I did figure it out and I ordered two sets of mounting brackets to mount my garage doors. The cost of the brackets were approximately $900.00 with shipping. The brackets came and I asked my garage installer to use the brackets however they were too short for my doors. I called Thunder Mount Solutions and ask for the address to return the brackets. He wanted to know why I couldn't use them and I inform him that they were too short and that my garage door installer came up with another solution to mount my doors. Thunder Mount Solution said that no one has ever return their product and he wanted a picture of the solution my installer came up with! Then he said too much time had pasted for me to return the brackets. It had only been approximately 45 days. Then he said that some of the parts may be missing from the order and I assure him all parts was there. Finally he agreed I could return the brackets but for a restocking fee. He would email the companies return address. Of course Thunder Mount Solution never sent me the return address even after I sent a request again by email. I find it odd that no address was shown on the invoice that came with the mounts or is it on their webpage. Their is more to this story however my space is running out. The short of the story is, we still have these brackets we can't use.
