    i had a major rear tire blowout when i got on freeway 99 northbound on floral on ramp i called express towing it was the first one on my phone the first driver came out and decided to call another driver with a flatbed the other driver drove my truck up on the flatbed they asked me where i wanted to go i just needed tire changed had a spare under my 2014 f150 if you cant do it take me to american tire in ***** he said they have a freind they use i just needed tire changed fine they drove by american tire took me to some place i thank the name was hoosier anyway they could not get the spare to come down so they sold me a used tire $45.00 no reciept express gave me a reciept i went to work looked at it they charged me $255.00 for a 6 mile tow.on yelp it says they quote i tried twice never got a quote. since then a couple of freinds have had flatbed towing one was 12 miles the other was 15 both got a bill for $150.00 so now i am sure they took advantage of me since i am a senior and hard of hearing i tried to use there website but it also does not work oh also on the tire after work i went to american tire they used the same tool i gave the other guys lowered my spare no problem and informed me they sold me a 12 year old tire.

    Im sorry I spoke with this member in my truck for about 15 to 25 minutes waiting on the flatbed to come out. I explained every single thing of the charges for the tow and he agreed to the $255 to tow it I told him that we cannot change it on the freeway so we would take them to a tire shop and he said OK as far as the tire shop not being able to perform their deal, I have nothing to do with that. We suggested that Tire shop because we do business with them all the time but I cannot help the fact that they what they charge over what they couldnt do but I did tell the gentleman that we charge 255 on the freeway  And he said OK he understand and that he appreciated us because now he sees firsthand what we go through out there and my driver drove the vehicle onto the truck because we were on an unsafe spot. The member did agree to the 255 and thats what we charged him. Im sorry that other companies charge cheaper and that his friends used. He had a chance to call them if he wanted to he chose us. We told him how much it was before we went out there he agreed to it, I told him Im not gonna charge you for the second truck being out here just go ahead and finish the service for the 255 and he said thank you very much and now hes putting a complaint on me

     I am rejecting this response because:

    I was never ever told the amount the 1 st driver said he will tell the 2 nd driver to only charge me for the one truck never once did he say any amount. I am not asking for a free tow just a fair price
