    They automatically added a subscription of Auto-Tune Unlimited to my cart. It had a zero amount next to the product, which did not change the total for the other products I was actually purchasing, so I did not notice it. I don't known if there was even a way to remove it from my cart before check-out. Once the "free" trial ended, they started charging me without my knowledge using the same payment method I used to purchase the rest of the products that I was legitimately buying. I never used the product that the subscription was for. When I caught up to their scheme and I asked for a full refund several months later, they invoked their online sales policy saying all sales were final. But I didn't willingly purchase that product, I did not add it to my cart, THEY added it to my cart automatically, hence, there was no sale at the time of checkout, just a trick to charge me in the future. This is a textbook violation of the law, and more specifically, the ****************** Trade Practices Act in my State of *******. I wrote to Antares multiple times and each time their automated response said that my ticket had already been closed. They think that by closing the ticket I'll just go away. Now they'll have to deal with the State Attorney General's investigation into their trade practices. Just a couple of days ago, ****** paid $2B+ for doing *exactly* the same thing with their Prime subscriptions. A Class Action lawsuit should also be coming Antares' way, deservedly. Im never buying any of their products again. There are plenty of other and better options on the market.

    Antares is a total scam, DO NOT sign up for the free 14 day trial, as there is no way to actually cancel it. Their subscription model requires that you pay ***** a month, which, in my opinion is not at all worth it for what you get. Their customer service is terrible and just recently, they created the rule that you cannot receive a refund AT ALL. I was charged for 2 months after I had thought I had cancelled the free trial. Additionally, to make it more confusing, when I had opened up the plug ins in my DAW, all of them said my license had expired, when in fact, I was still paying them. This is also not the first time I have been scammed by them. The first time I *had* actually signed up for the monthly subscription as I wanted to use their product for a few months, and then I noticed they were charging me TWICE a month - so $50/month for the past 3 months. At this point which was only a few months ago, they did oblige my request for a refund. DO NOT give your money to this company, they are scammers through and through. There are way better options out there like Isotope Nectar, and apparently a new Ableton plug in.

    I have used software by Antares since it was first developed. The version I last purchesed in 2022 has never worked properly. I have filed trouble reports at least 15 times. I have sent videos of the issues multiple times. The software crashes my computer. The software is unusable. I have gotten ************ responses asking for information which I have supplied. Now the company is not responding to my support tickets. There is no way to speak to anyone there. Basically, I wasted money and there seems to be no recourse.They should be shut down. They are ripping people off.

    They offer their products for free trial, saying you can cancel before the trial is up. But, there is NO customer service and No way to cancel. Every page sends you on an endless **** and nets nothing. They end up charging you and holding you hostage. I can't contact anyone........have tried all digital means. Very Very Very upset.

    Bought an M-audio peripheral that came with free trial of Antares auto tune. The free trial expired and I was billed for monthly subscription. I contacted them the next day to let them know that I didn't want a subscription. Company said it's in their terms and conditions and that they won't refund the month. Horrible customer experience and service! F-
