    I have been a customer of this company for over a decade since it was known as you send ****** Recently since it was known as high tail and when open text took over they have done nothing but caused problems to its legacy users while attempting to extort money from its lite account users by forcing them to migrate to a paid account or loose all their legacy folders My folders have not even been accessible since August 12 2025 even though the attached company notice states they will be accessible during the migration When I called tech support they do nothing to help and tell me the problem has been sent to engineering and it wont be fixed unless I move to a paid account otherwise I will also loose all my folders content in excess of 2GB I believe this is blackmail and extortion since the company is holding all of my folders content hostage!

    The company recently this month of May 2025 has changed its website so I can no longer create new folders or upload to existing folders. The company has refused to help me through the support email and does not answer their phones or even return calls when I leave messages at various extensions for the past week or longer Attached is a screen shot of the issue as the buttons to create a new folder or add to an existing folder have been removed from the company site without any explanation of what to do other than the statement the folders are saved under a legacy function yet I don't see that whatsoever every time I log in. My account email address is *********************** and I have been a customer since the company was known as *************
