    In December, I received an email supposedly from ***** **** asking to complete a survey. I had rcently changed my Home/Auto Insurance to their company.
    I filled out the survey, and they offered me a choice of products to choose from at THEIR cost. Value $89.00).
    I chose the ****** vaccume.
    On January 9th, My Bank Statement shows an ACH Payment using my debit card to process $185.95 PAID to: *********************** I immediately called my bank customer service to APPEAL the transaction.
    I have TRIED numerous times to find the Phone Number affiliated with these SCAMMERS. I went to the local **** Store and they said try to get a shipping label from them to Return the item. Have been unsuccessful so far. The bank informed me I should get the $185.95 refunded by the 23rd as they are investigating this matter.
    My ACCOUNT was HACKED and Immediatly reported and Card destroyed. I am considering to take shipping label (attached) to the **** Store and return this. I informed my AGENT with ***** **** of this SCAM. TYVM,

    2024, and paid the shipping and handling fee of $8.95 USD. We have canceled the order effective immediately

    understand our customer's concerns and have decided to issue a refund of $185.95
    for the Smart Vacuum and along
    with the trial $8.95.
