      On 1/21/2024, I paid $250 via Zelle to The Way Driving School for a driving ****** package that included 2 hours of ****** and road test pickup. After payment, I informed the company that my learners permit had expired and that I needed to reschedule the ****** and road test until I renewed it. I got my new learning permit and I connected with them to use the service that I didn't use. They demanded an additional $45 and later $75 before providing any service, changing the agreed terms after receiving my payment.When I refused to pay more, they refused to provide any service at all and denied my refund requests.Additionally, I contacted them using a different number as a potential new customer, and they quoted $215 for the exact same service package, demonstrating dishonest pricing practices.We also emailed the company requesting a refund, but they refused to acknowledge responsibility or provide any refund.

      On May 9, 2025, I enrolled my daughter, *****, in a package of six driving ******s with ** *****, who claimed to be the owner of the driving school. The total cost was $300, and **. ***** insisted payment be made exclusively via ***** Cash, which I paid in full. The first ****** was scheduled but the instructor arrived one hour late and the ****** lasted only 40 minutes instead of 2 hours,the promised duration. For the second and third ******s, no instructor showed up at all. I contacted **.***** to request a refund and cancellation of the remaining ******s due to the poor service, but he responded rudely, refusing to provide any refund. I am seeking a full refund of $300 for the undelivered and substandard services.

      I am requesting a full refund for a driving ****** and pre-paid package of 10 hours with the price of $695 due to serious concerns regarding the quality and safety of the instruction provided.I had the first ****** today - April 8. The instructor (******) arrived 10 minutes late, did not verify my driving permit, and used a vehicle with no markings indicating it was a driving school car, without the forward licence plate, raising safety and legal concerns.Throughout approximately 70% of the ******, the instructor appeared to be sleeping: his eyes were closed, his head nodding, and he was clearly not paying attention to the road or my driving. He provided no feedback or guidance during the session. This behavior created an unsafe learning environment and rendered the ****** ineffective.Given the lack of professionalism, failure to meet basic instructional and safety standards, and potential liability issues, I am requesting a full refund.When I reached out to the owner of the business, **** *********, sharing my concerns and asking for my money back, he refused to give the money back. He tries to charge me $ 95 + $ 150 for a 1-hour ****** of inappropriate quality.

      I made a reservation for a driving school, but **** only came once, No show, and suddenly canceled 5 minutes before the reservation time. I asked the owner of the company for a refund on 10/14/22, and even though the owner agreed, I still haven't received a refund.
