    I really enjoy working with Referral Exchange. They are very professional and provide a lot of support throughout the transaction and get agents together to mastermind which can be helpful in this ever changing profession. *************************

    For the most part I am satisfied with this service. Initially this service was at a 25% referral rate, now most of the leads are 30% and one I received recently was a whopping 35%. With the squeeze agents are facing relative to lowering commissions, 35% seems outrageous.

    Supposedly these leads have been vetted through Referral exchange. Sometimes the referrals arent selling, dont want to buy and it seems like theyre just a waste of time. Ive never had any success with the sellers on this site.

    I joined Referral Exchange about a year ago and have closed quite a few seller and buyer leads with them. The company has very reasonable fees and you pay an equally reasonable fee at closing. I love that you have an agent portal where prospects can see your bio, stats, awards, and more, so it feels like they are warmer leads than some other sources I have tried. You also have an agent advocate to lean on and that checks in with you and your prospects. If you are quick to respond to leads in your pipeline, and are a solid closer, then I highly suggest you try Referral Exchange!

    I have been a real estate working with Referral Exchange for many years. I like them. They are nice people. Their charges are reasonable. They are very customer service oriented, and they provide a great framework and website with which to work the leads they provide. Additionally, they periodically have trainings, or social occasions to network and ****** further referrals. They have been a part of my lead generation and I have earned over ************ in commission with them. I recommend them most highly! 5 stars!

    The agreement makes you pay a referral even if you got the lead from another source initially. They don't tell you lead name before accepting. I work these leads occasionally, but the hidden nature of the lead, and the fact that, even if youve already been in contact with the lead through another platform, or through your own prospecting, and cant show assigned listing agreement or buyer agreement, which not all states have, you still owe a fee. The fees also plenty high so I only work these when absolutely necessary.
