  The ReferralExchange leads I have received over the years have been difficult to convert into actual clients, but I have had several successful conversions, it is difficult to actually connect with a lead on a "live basis" but when I do, my conversion rate is almost 100%.

  I secured my first seller transaction within 2 mos of my subscription. I prefer seller leads as buyer leads have proven mostly fickle. Even when selecting higher-end price buyers the leads were whack! I've received leads from various platforms but I've had more substantial dialog with leads from ReferralExchange.

  Referral Exchange has been sending referrals to me for many years! I love working with them. Their referrals are usually pretty solid. I prefer working with Sellers. In this most recent closing, it was a good seller I worked with. It's a win-win for all.Thanks Referral Exchange.

  The buyer needed to move due to age and health but due to our prices he is selling and buying a house at 2 times the value of their home it took the couple 3 + years to finally make a move and he called me 5 days before closing and wanted to cancel and give up his $10,000. He said they were going to wait until next year and we talked about the reason they were moving was because of age and health issues to be closer to family here in ********. The lender then called me and said they never filled out any loan papers but the lender went ahead and ordered it and we had the seller fix a couple of small issues that took less than a day. They changed their mind a couple of days later and we got an extension from the seller and got all the paper applications completed in 14 days what a transaction. Thanks for the referral.

  Mostly good leads for sellers, buyer leads sometimes are to late, as they may already have a realtor. Never hear from the leads that want the email contact, so not crazy about those. Prefer to at least have a good phone contact number to reach out.

  The fairly recent addition of a wire for the fee is a great option. This transaction was the first time that a title company was able to wrap their heads around it!

  Most buyers and Sellers are very happy that they have Outstanding Representation from agents at Referral Exchange. I am so Happy to help these buyers and sellers. This particular sale was very challenging but who isn't up for a good challenge.
