    I rented a limo ************ because of the reviews on the website on October 15, 2023 for $2300 w/ tip on ride Ride #: ******. Our experience was TERRIBLE! (1) The limo we received looked nothing like the pictures on the website, it was a completely stripped down limo. (2) There was no AC/air in the back of the limo. It had to be over 100 degrees in the back and we were all drenched with sweat during the ride, our hair and outfits ruined. (3) There was no trash can. The driver dropped us off, and had 8+ hours to find a trash and clean up the limo but didn't. We had to make a trash can from our own cloth bag. I have rented numerous limos over the last 20 years, this was by far the WORST experience I have ever had. I have contacted ***************** the number on the website where I booked, but they will not return my calls nor resolve my problem. This was a complete rip off and false advertising. When you try to leave them a review it will not allow you to. This is what was advertised and it looked nothing like this. *************************************************************************

    I signed a contract for the use of a limo service for $1600 and before they finalized the confirmation, they changed the amount to $2000, leaving me stranded with no limo unless I would pay an additional $400 only three weeks before the event. This is totally unacceptable. I had followed up with them daily for two weeks and the consistently promised the limo for an all in price of $1600, This was extortion as now I have no other place to rent a limo from as no more are available.

    Booked a car service online for corporate event. The ad said forty four percent off now if you book online. And to book fast because I could lose the price. The price was six hundred dollars minus forty four percent discount comes ****** plus tip A guy named ***** reached out to me and sent me a bill for ******!! Almost double the agreement.He said that the price I booked online was not available. I said well when would that price be available and he said never. I asked to speak to the manager name ****. I asked to be transferred he told me that was not possible. After a few minutes of silence I realized he had hung up on me. I called the number back the number rang and hung up on me. Followed by a text message saying that his manager **** would call me back. **** called me and told me that there's an issue with their online system and it's not calculating the price is correctly. I said I could understand if it was off A few dollars on the calculation but they literally came in double on the price saying there was forty minutes extra they had to drive. I filled in the form correctly and completely. This is a typical scheme of bait and switch. I believe because I am a woman they have discriminated against me..
