    Subject: Complaint Against Trader Joes Unfair Refusal of Service and Banning Without Cause I am filing a complaint against Trader Joes regarding unfair treatment at their [*************] on [8/26/25].While shopping, an employee threw a box at me and staff then refused to complete my purchase. I was told that I was banned from the store, but I never received anything in writing and no valid reason was given. I had just shopped at this same location the previous day without incident.This refusal of service has caused financial and emotional distress. Trader *************** has not responded to my written complaint and corporate customer relations directed me only to the regional manager, who has not provided any documentation.I am seeking (1) written clarification of the reason for the ban, (2) removal of the ban, or (3) fair resolution in the form of acknowledgement and corrective action.

    To Whom it May Concern,3 days after I bought a bottle of ********** *** I went to return it. The bottle hasn't been open. ***, the manager of the store #**** located on ****************************************************************, stated that they do not have to return anything and the Trade ***** has their on "rules, laws and regulations" and how the operate in **. Furthermore, he said that he knows exactly the California Law, therefore he doesn't and won't accept any return, even though was within ************************ California law as I tried to explain it to him.I present the unopened (seal) bottle and receipt, he refuse to see either of them, stating with own Trade ***** law.I want my fully refund, $38 dollars.
