    My online banking has been an absolute nightmare since interior savings switched to Beem. None of my bill payees have been transferred over and when I addressed the issue with customer service they could give me absolutely no answers, other then that I will have to manually re enter all of them into both my business and personal account. In addition to that, the QuickBooks app that I use to run my business is not compatable with BEEM because they did not alert them that the name of the bank would be changing, which now renders the app I run my business with essentially useless. I will be taking my banking account elsewhere.

    NEVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY! Was pregnant in Oct. 2022 and needed an assist when they were Line. Used $115. Stopped working in Nov. of 2022 to have a baby and couldn't pay it back at that time because I stopped working. They have been charging a subscription fee ever since 2022! I have told them I will happily pay what is owed for 2022 and nothing more but they will NOT stop adding ***** NOT USE!!!

    I would have given it 0 stars but you have to give at least one. The customer service is atrocious and it's impossible to get a refund from them on something that's THEIR fault.

    They state that if you subscribe for their money borrowing app that you are qualified to borrow $10 if you pay $2.47 to subscribe. I subscribed and then they told me that I wasnt part of the subscription where that is allowed. Then they told me I was supposed to subscribe to the plan for $12.97 which it didnt even show me. Not only that but what kind of money borrowing app demands money upfront and then doesnt let you borrow any?Ive used about 20 other apps that I recommend that work. ******, float me, ******, ****, ****, Money lion. Theyve never done any of this.

    Got online thinking I was going to get a quick loan and got ripped off for $30. Contacted customer support and 15 minutes and was told I had no recourse. Asked for a supervisor and was told I had no recourse. Stay away from this website.

    I recently downloaded the app. I was on it for less than 5 minutes when I decided it wasnt for me. The company is trying to charge $51 for not using their service. I signed up for financial aid during job loss but did not have access to those features. I tried reaching out to customer service and they had no empathy, were not helpful. I spoke to someone named ******. This has not been a pleasant experience. Do not use this app!!

    Do not use this app my story is the same as the others. Do not use beem. I want to know why they have not been banned... I don't even feel like writing what they did because it appears from the other reviews thier objective is to take advantage of people when thier having money issues... if you wanna know my story read the reviews the same happened to me.

    On hold for 9 hours because the app cant be used in any way. They took my money for the membership fee and would not allow me use the features I paid for and then would not give me my money back. This company is stealing peoples money and not providing a service.

    This app is the same as LEMME the agent from Line is the same from LEMME. They ************ your really personal sensitive information for their own selfish gains. I suggest to anyone don't sign up to either of these two apps! They aren't even accredited. Guess I have to start checking the BBB before I just start putting my sensitive information in on these kind of apps. Just to risky to be falsely lead to think what they claim then become victim to just using my information and data!
