    We signed up for Fivestars by SumUp when we opened our Cafe to have a loyalty program until we started with our Toast POS. Our rep assured us there was no contract obligation and that once we returned the equipment, our contract would end. We used Fivestars for a few months, then we began our Toast contract. We returned our SumUp equipment and are still being charged. We've asked that ******* for this area please return so we can resolve the issue. We are still receiving invoices, have not been visited and have not reached a resolve with the company who is generally unresponsive and unhelpful. We want to discontinue being charged. I would absolutely not recommend working with this company. It seems nice at the onset, but trying to move on past them is a headache.

    Horrible, horrible company Tablets worked less than 50% of the time Its $120/mo ON TOP OF CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES, insanely expensive Then when I sent the tablets back they said they didnt get one and were going to charge me over $300, then after calling a million times they found it.Awful system Then when I needed my ****s for buying a house they wouldnt give it to me digitally and theyre closed on the weekends. The chat person didnt even know what time that department even opened and said maybe 10 am.Please do not use this company
