I have been a loyal customer for years, even referring friends and family. I've never missed a payment.The only time I received an email or text was when the device lost connection, which was because my garaged ******** was not being used due to weather conditions. In fact, the whole garage is snowed in still, which is why I called in over 2 months ago requesting the insurance to be put on hold during non-operational status.Last Friday, 4/14/2023 I received a letter around 2PM stating that if I didn't respond before 12:01AM on 4/14/2023 the policy would be cancelled. In other words, by the time I got the letter, the policy was already cancelled. And now I am unable to get it reinstated, nor able to create a new policy with your company.I barely drive 35 miles a week, when weather permits, and have a spotless driving record.I guess the "Lemonade" company that bought Metromile last July is just another horrid Corp not looking after it's dedicated customers.
