    I subscribed to ************************* because of it's promise to make applying to jobs more efficient. Unfortunately, the platform created more friction in the applying process. Many applications do not complete because of application portals requiring 2 factor authentication. The platform did not save prior responses for efficiency. The templates provided for submitting information often didn't make sense - like requesting that I provide information regarding 3 or more college degrees. Job suggestions are very limited and often irrelevent, despite seeing many more roles on other job boards. This company touts cutting edge technology that is seemingly not even employed. I've asked to transfer my balance to another person, and they refused. I would like a refund, as I will not be able to use this product to get meaningful value for my job search.

    I am writing to express my concerns about the recent announcement made by Sonara AI (sonara.ai) on February 1, 2024, regarding the ongoing availability of their login page until March 1, 2024. While the company has not mentioned a complete shutdown, they have not responded to any questions from customers regarding the security and privacy of their personal and financial data during this transition period.As a customer of ********************** AI, I am deeply concerned about the lack of communication from the company regarding these important issues. The absence of clarity on how they plan to safeguard customer data and provide support during this transition leaves me feeling uncertain and vulnerable, as I have entrusted Sonara AI with sensitive information and rely on their service for various purposes.I am requesting that the *** investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that Sonara AI is held accountable for their responsibility to protect customer data and provide adequate support during the transition. I would also like to know what steps the *** can take to safeguard the interests of customers like me who are affected by such situations.In addition, I would appreciate any guidance the *** can provide on what steps customers can take to protect their data and interests in such situations, given the potential risks and consequences we may face due to the lack of communication and support from Sonara AI.I hope that this complaint will help bring about a resolution for all affected customers and promote greater transparency and accountability in the way companies like Sonara AI handle such transitions.Sonara AI also has a second address listed in ***************, *****.
