    $144 was debited from my checking account twice. I was alerted by my bank that beautiful.ai took money on June 12,2024. I wrote to the company and they refunded my account immediately. I woke up this morning to see they put the payment through again. No one has responded to any of emails. I will receive $35 fee which I seek that the company will repay in addition to causing me more stress. I am 8 weeks s pregnant, ill and on bed rest. If I become even more ill due to the additional stress this is causing, I wish to file charges against this company

    On April 27th, I was charge a full year for a trial membership. I used the product for 10 minutes and it was horrible. I sent them an email to cancel because the product was to difficult to use. It's a scam, it's impossible to cancel and complicated to use. They refund only via email and only partially. This is the worst customer service and product I have ever seen.

    I signed up for a free trial from beautiful ai. I canceled the trial and they billed my card 144 for a years subscription. I tried to email but got no response. The website doesnt have the capability thats promised. False advertising.

    Once my free trial expired they charged me for a full year subscription of $144. I was not made aware that I would be charged for a full year. I contacted support and they refused to refund me even the pro-rated amount.This is a predatory business practice and seems to be a re-occurring issue based on other people I have spoken to.

    I work for the government in public health. My team signed up for beautiful.ai. Over the next two weeks, I asked beautiful.ai support for an invoice more than four times. They refused to supply the invoice and instead strung us along for weeks. The customer support is terrible, slow, and incompetent. We will be canceling our subscription. If beautiful.ai support refuses to send an invoice to a government entity, that's a huge red flag. We suggest buyers stay very far away from this company.

    This company preys upon unsuspecting students and others who sign up for a free trial and charge their credit cards indiscriminately. In my case, my daughter signed up for a free trial using my card, where I did not authorize the cards and the company billed her for a full year's charge of $144.

    I signed up for Beautiful.AI in order to build a deck and signed-up for the yearly plan ($144/yr) on April 29th. I have been charged fees of $100 every single month since then (so in April, May, June and July) equalling $400.I have tried to call support, email them multiple times without any answer.
