    Zoom Casa called me about making me an offer on my home and they sent a realtor with a soft offer for my home. It was for sale at $1,145,000 and they offered me 3 options. The one I chose was for a cash offer of $1,037,649. I hope I can attach the written offer that I received from the realtor, Mig ********. She told me that in a couple of days Zoom Casa would send me a written contract with the details and that we could then negotiate the terms if needed. Then after any changes were made that I would get a final contract to sign. She also told me there would be a zoom meeting with Zoom Casa, and an inspection done on my home, and an appraiser would come with them, all at the same time, and that she could be there too if I prefer. A week later I had not heard from anyone so I called the realtor and she said Zoom Casa has decided they wasn't happy with the offer they made me but she had some other connections. What a scam!!! She tried to tell me that the offer I got wasn't a real offer but that's not what I was initially told. Stay far away from ZOOM CASA! What a scam!
