    Hi my brother bought me a perfume at this location. He went to the place and asked them for libre ysl perfume, when I opened it it looked different from the one I have it's darker so it says it's intense which k. Package outside it doesn't be asked for this specific perfume and that is what they gave him it wasn't something that he grabbed himself. So I called and told the customer service lady ***** my situation that I had received the wrong perfume. She talked to the owner and he said I can return I told her I was on a wheelchair and that I might need help getting there so they gave me w week to return which will be until this Thursday. I also told her I had opened it but it was just the top plastic that was open and said it was fine to ask for her and that she will also let other girls know. My sister said she would go for me . The owner didn't want to return was beyond rude I told him I had already talked to them last week and that they had already approved an exchange he said no and that the worker ***** was a pretty much no one to be able to say or do anything there and that she wasn't working that day when ***** told me to go Monday Tuesday and that's what we did. He just left my sister talking and left. I feel that I got a scammed on an perfume that doesn't smell original it was my mother's day gift a perfume that price is not something I can afford it was a present. So basically I got the wrong perfume given by them I call and let them know all details of exactly what happened o her approval to exchange which I was still sketchy about because of the smell but I accepted to another perfume at least and I ask someone to go as a favor and they owner don't want to take responsibility and gave very unprofessional customer service . They have a couple of bad reviews especially towards the owner so it looks like I am not the only one experiencing bad service with them. **** is the first time I ever write or complain about anything ever. This is very unfair.
