    We used Mach 1 Moving on 11/23/24 for a short move within our neighborhood. When the movers unloaded our refrigerator, both top panels were dented and scratched. We observed that the fridge had not been covered with any of the moving blankets that were available which was surprising as we had discussions with the movers when they were getting ready to load it about how it was a new fridge and in perfect condition. When the fridge was unloaded, the movers took photos and contacted ****, the owner of the company. I also sent **** a message immediately to let him know of the damage. A day or two later **** came by to see the damage himself. He stated that he would take care of replacing the doors on the refrigerator. Since then he has had an appliance repair person come to verify that the panels would require replacement. I have followed up multiple times with **** and he has said that the panels were on backorder however did not provide me with any documentation that he had ordered them. I reached out to ******* replacement parts and verified that both door panels are currently available and shipping immediately. I informed **** of this on 01/16/25 and he said he would follow up. He has not responded to me since then. At this point we would like the panels to be immediately replaced or if that isn't possible, replacement of the entire refrigerator with the same model, still currently available at ******.
