    Placed an order, over $150. Website advertised shipping out within 24 hours. Four days later, and the first person we spoke to literally said "No" to me asking if she can help us. I was transferred to another person, who admitted this was an error and the order should've been shipped out three days ago. The order is now arriving much much to late, just about useless to me. I asked to cancel the order, and I was quoted the nonsense 10% fee for a cancelled order, and told the refund would be at "their discretion". So you mess up my gift, take my money, including $30 in SHIPPING, don't SHIP my product, and then tell me you might not do the basic standard decency of giving the consumer their money back? Horrible. You guys are a bunch of dirty money grabbing frauds.

    Avoid!!! almost ruined my Christmas. Didnt ship the item and doesnt respond to emails. Have to file a dispute to my credit card.

    Ive ordered from suds and spirits several times and had no issues at all. Maybe not as fast as buying something from Amazon but always delivered my orders. Reasonably priced too. If I cant find what I want here in ************, Ill always check with suds and spirits.
