    I thought I'd come on here and give a little love to this business because my business has filed 6 claims with them and have had zero issues. I know they file and serve in all states and my suits have been in 4 different jurisdictions. 3 I used the case agent package and they gave me all the rest of the cases free case agent package. there's an email update and a status page update when something changes. it has helped me collect full amount on 5 of these 6 disputes.

    This company does not respond. They make excuses to postpone work and I have the feeling they might be a scam. Ive been waiting for updates and emailing them periodically but still nothing.

    AVOID!! They don't deliver on anything that is promised. Dedicated Case Agent was never assigned and a paralegal never reached out as promised. The initial case review was completely generic and useless. In fact, how can you even provide a written case review without contacting the client first? They don't respond to emails either. This place is the definition of bad business.

    I filed a formal complaint with the Florida Attorney General's **************************** on the basis of violations under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA). I urge others in similar situations to file formal complaints to the Attorney General's **************************** in your respective states.

    I think there is some confusion. In researching your support requests that you emailed us you mention that we assigned an attorney to you named **************************** and that you were charged a $49 subscription fee. You also mentioned that you had a zoom meeting scheduled with us at a particular time.

    We don't provide legal advice, we don't assign any attorneys and we do not schedule zoom meeting calls with attorneys. Above all of that we have no idea who ******************************** is. We provide small claims e-filing and take the required steps to ensure the case is properly filed and accepted by the court. We also can provide lawful service of process to serve the court documents and summons on the defendant.

    In another e-mail from you I can see that you let us know that you were able to settle your case out of court, which is the best outcome one can hope for. I am very happy for you, however, there is clearly some confusion between the services our company provided you (filing the case in court) and perhaps some other attorneys or services you may have also looked into.

Smal Claims package fee $89.95 2.Expedite My Small Claims in 24 hours $30.00 3.Send Demand Letter $49.90 Total paid $169.85 3 days after I paid, they did not send me any email or confirmation. I can not able to contact the company by the phone or email. It looks like a fraud.

    Your review lists some of our package prices, but also appears to show some other prices and services we do not even offer. Perhaps you listed a competitor's pricing. I look up your information in our system and I do not see any claims or payments from you at this email address. It appears that you have filed a small claim with a different company.

    Squabble was great from start to finish. I had no issues! My claim was quickly filed, all paperwork was done correctly, the court returned my documents accepted and Squabble completed service of process. The defendant was served and the court was notified when service was complete. My hearing went well and I won my case. Any time I had a question, I received a response from one of their team members within a day or so. I don't understand the negative reviews...my guess is because many of their disgruntled customers are too stupid to actually read what they're signing up for and expect more that what this company does...or they're just mad because they lost their case and are looking for someone else to blame (Squabble). Squabble was fantastic! Don't bother scrolling through their negative reviews. Those reviews are BS!

    The ad misrepresented what I would receive, I paid for the top service over $600, once I realized this is not what I thought it would be I notified them and asked for a refund immediately. I could not use the form they sent. The lady said it would all be refunded except for $15.00 and they have kept $115.00!!!! There is no phone number and they wont respond to emails. This service is a joke. Do not spend any money on this scam!

    I had no issues. They helped me get my money. They found the location of the court for me and did all the necessary paperwork required for filing. They hired a process server for me which wouldve been super complicated if I did all this by myself since I was suing a business that had an address out of state and I needed to find their registered agent. They even helped prepare for my court date. Id totally use this company if I ever need help filing another small claim again.

    i'm an orthodontist. just won judgment today - entire process was super easy. i got premium package -- i didnt have to do anything except notarize online. my court date was online. everyone i talked to on staff was super nice actually. recommend ***

    i paid the ****** fee to "file a case" with these guys, i got an email showing they filed the paperwork with the court. it looked official. so i figured that was that. anyway i kept waiting for a response from the court which never came so i reached out to squabble. squabble told me i didn't check the box to have them served. Wait, what! i asked wasn't that included in the price as advertised? i have yet to receive a reply. this claim was started in the 1st week of November.seriously, I IMPLORE ALL to not use these guys. AT ALL!!! I'm with reviewer ******** on this, it looks like im gonna have to file myself. as i have read the reviews they seem to work when they feel like it. not happy folks ain gonna lie

    Service of Process (serving the defendant the court paperwork) is an optional service that Squabble can provide. We our partner, *** Legal, to hire a professional process server. We offer it as an option ay checkout because some of our customers choose to take care of this by their own lawful means.

    We do provide that add-on service after the case has been submitted to us. I see that you did in fact take advantage of that by purchasing it after. Your case was filed with the court and the defendant was served.
