I started the program with Provident Solutions in February 2021, made payments of$388.98 per month, was told they were contacting my creditors for proof of my debt when ************ sent me a summons for collection, so I dropped them from my account and they lowered my payments to $372.47 after 18 payments of $386 and resolving nothing, all creditors stated they complied with addiquit information, l ended up having to claim bankruptcy and them not giving me any refund at all, going to take them to small claims court, they are a dishonest SCAM

This client enrolled into the program on February 10,2021. At that time the client signed an agreement and completed a quality control call where the client was asked a series of questions to ensure she was fully aware of the services we render. The client was asked, Do you understand Provident Solutions is not a debt consolidation, debt settlement company or credit restoration company and that we are not attorneys nor are we attorney backed?, to which he answered YES. He was also asked, Do you understand Provident Solutions DOES NOT pay off your alleged creditors with the funds that you pay, rather those funds go directly to our fees?. The client answered YES. He was then sent a welcome letter on 02/18/2021 via mail for him to read at his own leisure. We attempt to make sure the clients fully understand the services we render. The client was issued the refund due as he stated and that matter is closed here in our office. The client chose to file for Bankruptcy and had his Bankruptcy attorney request a refund, our office received an email on 08/27/2022 stating ( included below) Whom it may concern,Please be advised by this email, that our firm represents **************** in regards to Chapter 7 Bankruptcy filing. Please immediately cancel any debt consolidation program and refrain from taking any funds out of our client's account. Please email back to confirm receipt of this letter.Warm regards,--********************************** Attorney at Law ********************** ************** Office ************** Fax ************************************************************ www.************. The attorney was responded to with a formal letter dated 09/09/2022 and advised there was no refund due, we consider this matter closed here in our office.

They are a scam. I was under the impression when I was paying the $550.00 a month that they were going to hold the money in an account for me to pay down the debt as they make agreements with my debtors. I noticed my debt was not going down and when I would call they would tell me they just have not come to agreements yet. After 10 months, I called again my rep was no longer working there so I spoke with another lady and she said they dont pay down the debt. So what were they planning on doing with the $5,500.00 I had already paid them. I cancelled and she told me there would be no refund. There should be a class action suit against this company. Looks like several people have gotten the same service as I had.
