Services for myself (and 2 daughters for a time) within the August 2020 - October 2023 time period. The offered to create an inclusive community that brings people together with the shared bond of health and wellness.. They were aware before Jan 2021, but most definitely made aware by *** 2021 via messages from a prior victim of his, that they had a predator in their gym community who targets women and the owner and GM allowed this predator to target and abuse me and my teenage daughters, with no remorse. They supported the abuse and it has had a negative impact on the mental health of my family, and continue to support this predator in their gym community. He had/has a DVPO against him that the owner was fully aware of as he is also his boss at Apex Steel. The predator also only pays $150/month for his membership compared to other members, so the preferential treatment for him just ignites his assumed power and abuse.Id like a full refund for their enablement of the inflicted abuse by their favored predator and for them to inform their community so he may not be able to harm other women and children in the gym community they so claim to care about.Jan 2023 - Nov 2023 = $3,653.70 Jan 2022 - Dec 2022 = $3,045.96 Jan 2021 - Dec 2021 = $3,153.66 Total Refund Requested = ********
