    I have an out of state cell number so when I opened my rental business, I wanted a local number that would transfer to my cell. When I receive calls for my business, the ring tone is different, alerting me that it's a call coming in for a rental. I also paid for a professional voiceover option instead of the robotic text to speech. Again, extremely pleased with how it turned out. I have been a customer for over a year. Everyone at ********************** has been great to work with. Whenever I need to make a change, or ask a question, a representative is available immediately to help. This is a great option that certainly beats buying an extra cell line.

    Did charges to my credit card even after I stated to be notified of any charges beforehand.I thought I was getting a good deal on the service but want to know for sure what the cost was, the service wasn't even running during the so called trial period due to some kind of business verification. And then have the audacity to say that they are trying to work with you, Beware they are thieves and do not honor good business practices, the info is deceiving to say the least.

    This company has extremely poor CRM practices and has a poor working website. I used the company starting in Sept ************************************************* Oct then tried to cancel from Nov-Current. I reached out to their customer service and was basically harassed via email and phone when I requested 4/5x time have my account canceled. I was lied to by one rep saying that it was another rep who responded when in fact his name was the second rep who responded. They then threatened me with a lawsuit because I told them Id be reporting them to the BBB for their constant harassment and them continuing to try and charge me for random amounts. Do not utilize this service it barely works and has a poor operating system and the reps are bullies when you try to cancel.
