    I am submitting this complaint to report what I believe to be deceptive or unfair business practices by *************** and ****************, which have caused repeated service disruptions and a pattern of denial-of-access behavior affecting my use of licensed software and access to websites.I purchased and downloaded the licensed version of Aqua Mail Pro from the ****** Play Store and reinstalled it on my mobile device. Despite ensuring all necessary synchronization settings were enabled, the app fails to retrieve incoming emails automatically and only does so when I manually press the Refresh button. This function failure disrupts the apps core service.Furthermore, I conducted a network analysis and observed that pressing the Refresh button causes the app to connect not to my mobile providers network but to **************** infrastructure, specifically TCP104.18.43.164:443within the104.16.0.0/12IP range (CLAUDFLARENET). This connection behavior appears suspicious and inconsistent with expected app operations. I have found no reports of similar issues from other Aqua Mail users, raising concerns about a possible targeted or non-transparent practice.Beyond the Aqua Mail app, I have experienced frequent and unexplained access denials, connection disruptions, and content unavailability on multiple websites that rely on *************** services. These experiences resemble patterns commonly associated with denial-of-service *********** January 2025, the CEO ************, Mr. *********** personally intervened to resolve a connection issue I reported, which was related to Cloudflares content delivery system.Websites ***********************(The Netherlands-based) consistently block my access with an error message reading 429 Too Many Requests, which appears to be an artificial or misused limit rather than a legitimate traffic issue.# PLEASE REFER TO THE ATTACHED "BBB *********-1_Aug_2025.docx".
