    Institution ID 1366 - I received several invoices on January 5th for overage charges and contacted the account manager, ********************* immediately because we are below our revenue for basic service. He said they were having several billing errors and asked me to forward all the invoices so he could escalate the problem to be corrected. On Feb. 3rd IDMS pulled the charges from our account that were not correct in the amount of $373.10. I notified ************** the next day by leaving a voicemail and email. Feb 7th he copied me on an email regarding a refund to *********************. I sent a follow-up email on the 9th with no response. After calling and leaving several messages with ***** I reached him and he had no information. I asked him to please contact me by the end of the business day with refund information and have not heard from anyone since. I just need my refund they have access to my business account for monthly billing and that now makes me extremely uncomfortable with the lack of action or caring for the mistake they have made.
