      There was a network failure at an ATM they are the owners of on January 26th, ****. I contacted them the same day and was told my refund/reversal claim was submitted. I called back on Tuesday January 30th to check on the status, was told that my claims had been processed it it would take **** business days to get my funds. It is now day 10. I don't have my money and I don't have any further assistance with their company. They have no advised me that I need to work with my own banks to get my money back. Poor customer service, poor follow up. They've at this point stolen my money as far as I'm concerned.

      The company has "cashless" machines at the *********************. When I inserted $100 into the machine it informed me it was out of cards. I then had less then 10 seconds to scan a qr code for help. By the time I pulled my phone out to scan it disappeared and I was left with no card and no money. I am aware that things like this happen. However apparently this machine had been doing this for over a day according to the staff at the fair. When we reached out to the company they gave us the runaround and still have not sent us a card with said funds on it. I saw several people having the same issue and even prevented a few customers from using it. I believe the company shows no real urgency in helping people, many of which don't have a lot to begin with and are just trying to enjoy a nice day with their family. I work in the service industry so I understand that malfunctions happen but when those things happen then a good customer service practice is eager to resolve the issue. This is at best negligent and at worse criminal. Please take a look at how they have their machines set up. There should be an option to have you cash returned if the machine is out of prepaid cards. It can't be that difficult to program. The fact that they don't leaves me questioning their intent.
