    Worst customer service. Said they would exchange a skirt abs never did. Skirts aren’t that great quality either.

    The worst customer service by far in all my online dealings. I ordered 2 sale ready to ship skirts in September and its now November and I still have not received my skirts. A ready to ship label was made but was never shipped, trying to get a response from the business is like pulling teeth.

    I marked 3 stars because the garments I have ordered from her are 5 stars, but the customer service is less than one star. She sews custom athletic wear. I love her work. I wear her garments nearly every day when I go out to walk. Custom means "made for one customer," which pretty much requires communication with each customer who orders a custom garment. I used to sew for my living so I actually know this. Apparently she does not know this. I believe she is a one-person business, doing her own cutting and sewing. And I think she had a baby last year. Why is this relevant? Because she is trying to do too much as a busy mom and communicating with customers is not her top priority. The in-stock items I've ordered from her were shipped immediately and arrived quickly. Two custom orders took over two months each. If she stated that custom orders take two months on her website it would not be a big deal. But no information about the time frame is given, and my card was charged when I ordered. If I order another custom garment from her I will just expect to wait 2 months.

    ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE ! She will not Give shipping information , makes constant excuses as to why you havent received your product then goes silent when pressed about it ! And will not refund money ! I will never recommend this company to anyone!

    The worst customer service. The owner will say she has shipped your item when she only just prints the shipping label and then stops responding to emails when you call her out on it. I had to file a PayPal claim because the owner wouldnt refund me for an item didnt send. She will also block you on social media if you use those platforms to inquire about the status of an order. She will also block you if you question anything she says

    This is absolutely the worst business I've ever had to deal with. The communication is horrible I emailed 3 times with no response as to where my item was the website shows **** business days I ordered January 31st and didn't receive my item until March 2nd obviously a lot longer then the website states the shipping dates are also false 1-2 business days they waited 6 days before they decided to ship the item. They will only respond to emails when they know that a PayPal claim as been involved the product I ordered came different then ordered when asked about the size difference she said that the website states it is a 1/4 to 1/2 difference but it actually states you order according to your size which is what I did. I'm sure she will soon update to match her little lies. Not only that but she will send you nasty emails blaming you as if you had something to do with it and she also through another customer in there and started telling me she gave a relative I lived with a skirt. What? I'm completely clueless as to what she is even talking about seeing I only live with my husband and he doesn't wear skirts! Okay so putting other customers disputes in with my dispute. Completely unprofessional in my opinion. I WOULD NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! If I could give it a negative star review I definitely would!

    If there was a way to leave less than 1 star they would definitely have it. They have the absolute worst customer service. It takes month's to receive your order if you even get your order! They wont reply to an email which is the only way to contact them. They are extremely overpriced for their product. It's rather sad the way they do business.
