    I hire clean slate pest control to take care a mice problem i was having in my attic of my home, they came to inspect the house and said they can fixed the problem. We agree on $117.50 to start and the total amount to get the problem resolve will be $1,175.00, they promise to sanitize my attic, closed all the entry points and get rid of the mice. They promise to keep coming weekly to check on the mice traps and after 3 visits if they don't catch no mice they will come in and sanitize the attic. Once this get done i will have a year warranty if i see or have any problems they will come. Well they came 2 times and catch mice in the attic traps, after that they stop coming i was calling them none stop to see when they will come to sanitize the attic due to the foul smell but they never respond a couple of weeks when by and i start to see mice inside my house i call them and they say they were going to come but they never did. I email, text message and no respond, i set up some mice traps and caught 4 of them i text them the pictures so they can see the problem but i was ignore i try for 2 month straight. after i decide to due a charge back to my credit card but they disputed and told my credit card company that they will be issue a refund but they never did, I Paid over $1175 for service that was never completed, now i had to hire another different company to come fix the issue but since they're inside the house now it cost over $2,000 to get this fixed. All i want is my refund so i can get this issue that now is worst fixed.

    February 25, 2024 was when tech came out to seal houses around the house. Traps were not set in all locations as specified. Took multiple calls and texts for the next check on traps. Traps were then set where initial issue was taken, but only 2 traps. They were checked the following week, but tech denied presence of rodents even with the trap going off. Third week, they removed traps stagings no presence of rodents, which is false. Rat droppings still present and accumulated. Called, texted, and emailed to address situation according to 1-year warranty, but no response.

    Good morning, I am writing this email to inform of a questionable quoting and charging practice by Clean Slate Pest Control Corp.They sent out a representative, *******, who gave an estimate on work needed and quoted prices for said work in a bundled fashion. Only two parts of the job were performed and yet they billed for all 3. Please find attached to this complaint a word document outlining the details of the events with dates, the original quote with pricing and the final invoice with the word "or" added instead of a price adjustment in the attachments provided.Also note, I have paid the company in full and i did inform them of my intention to reach out to Angi's list where i hired this company from and also to the BBB Thank you, ******* ****

    Hired **** and Clean Slate to fix my Dads rat problem. Everything seemed to be fine until the rats came back in his house. Contacted **** before the year was up for the warranty he was given. He said he would go back and inspect and figure out the problem. He never showed up. I called, no answer. I text no reply. I messaged him again about honoring the warranty, he said he would be there, gave me an exact day and time. Never showed up never called. Don't give a warranty if you're not going to honor it.
