    In June 2024, I had 16 double-pane, soundproof windows installed by Whiteshield Windows and Doors in *********, ** (29 panes total). Unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing. By December, my trusted window cleaners found major issues: a bathroom window that cant be cleaned due to poor design, a screen with a hole, and 17 panes with roller marks, scratches, or other defects.The salesperson, *******, was polite and sent someone to remeasure, but when installers came in February 2025, they only brought 12 of the 17 panes, no screen, and knew nothing about the bathroom window. Several of the replacements were also defective, so I stopped the work and requested proper inspection.From March to May, communication with the owner, ******, was inconsistent. Sealant work had already damaged my recently painted exterior, leaving mismatched areas, and though I sent photos, no resolution was offered. By late May, after repeated delays and being ignored, I requested a refund so I could hire another company.While ******* was courteous, the lack of quality control, poor workmanship, and lack of follow-through from the owner left me very dissatisfied. To make matters worse, my neighbor experienced the same issues and eventually gave up. We both now warn others to avoid Whiteshield Windows and Doors.
