    On April 27, 2022 I hire and paid $550.00 to Elite Processing to handle an eviction for me. They assure me they take care of all the paperwork and file the eviction with the Court (City of Barstow).
    After a phone conversation with ****** ******** (which pretended to be an employee and saying the owner name was ****** ******.) She said that all the paperwork was done, that she only needed the Court fees to file the eviction and her server to delivered the summons....So I paid her again $435.00 "court fees".
    After that it was so hard to get in touch with her, but before that she responded quickly to calls, text messages or emails. Since I was unable to communicate with her I went to the Barstow court house. Court house did not have any eviction filed under my name, tenants name or property address. Then I decided to drive Elite processing office and to my surprise is a residential home. Business like this should not be operating or even
    granted a business license. I did file a small claim that was dismissed due to non appearance. (non-appearance to court due to a car accident).
