    Regarding a May 17th, 2023 appointment at RiversideOptometry/Total Vision. I am requesting a refund of $371.50 for 2 sets of eye glass lenses intended to correct vision but did not due to a misdiagnosis. The business has been contacted with the details of my complaint but has failed to respond.

     I am rejecting this response because:  

    5/17/2023 Dr. ********************** never mention cataracts to me.  According to her, I had astigmatism.   I came to her office to get my vision corrected with glasses.  Why would I opt only for glasses for distance and not for cataracts or astigmatism?  I had to renew my drivers license July 2023 and needed to pass the eye exam.  I only wanted to see clearly.

    I provided the 2 pair of glasses as described in my original outline.  The waiver I signed was for frame breakage, damage, or lens loss. Not for frame loss.  I was told that *********** frames were lost.  I have the voice message from Total Vision/Riverside Optometry stating as such.  Also, I have used Brighton sunglasses in the past for prescription use, always without issue. 

    The replacement frame that was provided me, for the lost Brighton's, was by ****** design number HC8335U, and worth approximately $135 and not $250.  When the Brighton sunglasses that I provided them and they lost was worth $130+.  So they did not do me any favors.

    What they did do is put me through a lot of aggravation and frustration without ever providing me with glasses to correct my vision.
